The Access® Bars are 32 specific points on the head that correlate to different areas and aspects of life. During a Bars session, a trained person gently touches these points to release the electromagnetic charge of all thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that may be limiting our lives in those areas in question. The effects of an Access® Bars session are different for each person.

Some of the most common effects reported after a session are:

-Improved physical health

-More mental clarity and stress reduction

-Increased motivation and better communication

-Increased feelings of joy, happiness, gratitude, kindness and peace.

-Deeper relaxation and improvement in cases of migraine and insomnia

-Improved mental health, reducing symptoms in conditions such as OCD, ADD, ADHD, panic attacks and depression.

-Increased perception and intuitive awareness.

Access Bars are currently practiced in more than 184 countries around the world, and are used as a powerful and pragmatic tool by families, schools, businesses, athletes, correctional facilities, psychologists, artists and many more. In this workshop you will learn the technique and tools that will allow you to give Bars sessions as an official certified practitioner of Access Consciousness.

The class includes:

* Training by a Bars Certified Facilitator (BF)

* Introduction to Access Consciousness tools

* Screening of the digital material with the founders of Access demonstrating the technique

* You will receive the Bars 2 times and

* You will apply the technique 2 times with the supervision of the instructor.

You will receive a class manual and a visual sheet so that you can only "run" The Bars to other people and do your own sessions. What if to start experiencing the changes you desire, you just had to choose to make the space for them to manifest?
